Foreign envoys congratulate Rouhani on anniversary of Islamic Revolution

Rouhani received ambassadors and heads of missions as well as foreign institutes Monday on the eve of the 41st victory anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Palestinian Ambassador Salah al-Zawawi, who is the oldest ambassador in Tehran, was the first speaker of the ceremony in Tehran on Monday.
