FM: Germany needs constructive talks with Iran

In a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Saturday, he added that until the time Iran complies with JCPOA, Berlin will do so.

Both sides also explored bilateral ties, JCPOA, Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges (INSTEX), major regional and international developments, including situation in Yemen, Syria and Afghanistan.

German foreign minister made the remarks several hours after US Vice President Mike Pence once again called on European states to quit Iran nuclear deal.

This is while German Chancellor Angela Merkel described JCPOA as an efficient deal, rejecting US repeated calls for withdrawing the international accord.
