EU will continue supporting JCPOA

The JCPOA stands for Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, the official name of the 2015 nuclear deal between Iran and six world powers, under which Iran got sanctions relief in return for curbs on its nuclear program.

In a meeting with the Hamedan governor general late on Wednesday, he added that he was impressed by the capabilities of the province’s entrepreneurs.

“I promise to return to Hamedan with my country’s economy minister within six months,” he said, noting that of course, visa issuance procedure should be facilitated for the merchants, as none of the Iranian merchants will have problems “because this is my main mission.”

The Czech envoy further noted that annual trade exchanges between the two countries will grow by 40 percent, but this is not enough and it should be increased.
