EU seeking long-term economic ties with Iran: Spanish FM

'The European countries' approach, in particular after the nuclear deal with Iran, is development of joint cooperation as well as development of investment in the infrastructural sectors to reach strong and long term economic relations with Iran,' Alfonso Dastis said in a meeting with Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani.

The official praised Iran's positive role in the fight against terrorism in the region.
