EP member: Iran nuclear deal not renegotiable

Janusz Lewandowski, the chairman of the European Parliament’s group for relations with Iran, made the remarks during a meeting in Tehran with Head of Women Fraction of Iran Parliament Parvaneh Salahshouri.

Noting that the European Union fully supports Iran nuclear deal, the official said Europe is very eager to enhance bilateral relations with Iran.

The Iranian member of parliament, for her part, referred to the significance of the European Parliament, calling for further promotion of ties between Iran and the European Union particularly in economic and trade areas.

Underlining the role of the European Union and its foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini in clinching Iran deal, Salahshouri said that other countries cannot cancel it.
