Describing Iranian nationals as Iran's assets, he noted that in addition to transfer of knowledge and know-how, they will play major role for economic development of Iran.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Keshavarz-zadeh underlined Iranian diplomatic mission's contribution to help solve Iranian nationals' problems.
Earlier, Iranian envoy emphasized that the Chamber of Commerce of the Iranian expatriates in Shanghai can play an important role to encourage the private sector to boost trade ties.
