Belgium speaker: Iran implements even details of JCPOA

He made the remarks during a lunch banquet of Governor General of Isfahan province Rasoul Zargarpour on Monday.

Belgium and European Union are determined to promote relations with Iran, he said.

“I as representative of Belgian House of Representatives am on a visit to Iran to help boost bilateral ties with Iran,” the official said.

“During meetings with the Iranian officials, I had a clear message to enhance ties with Iran,” he said, hoping that diplomatic shuttles will continue between the two countries.

Bracke, who is currently in Isfahan, described the city as a complete artistic and architectural museum which impresses all.

Zargarpour, for his part, referred to cultural, economic and social capacities of Isfahan province, saying that European countries, including France, have voiced their readiness for participating in the provinces’ developmental projects.

Noting that JCPOA serves as a door for foreign investors to engage in the Iranian economic and developmental projects, he said that Isfahan tourism sector developed remarkably following the implementation of JCPOA.

Isfahan is ready to sign sisterhood agreement with one of the Belgian cities, Zargarpour said.

Bracke arrived in Tehran on Saturday and has so far sat for talks with President Hassan Rouhani, Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani and Secretary of Supreme Council of National Security Ali Shamkhani.
