Barzani not to extend his presidential term: Kurdish envoy

Nazim Omar Dabbagh in an interview with IRNA on Saturday confirmed reports about end of Barzani term on November 1.

According to dispatches, Barzani is expected to release a statement on Sunday which is going to be read out in the region's parliament.

Iraqi Kurdish region parliament suspended the activities of Barzani and his deputies on Tuesday.

There are growing pressure upon Barzani and his team which are responsible for holding the illegal referendum in the Kurdish region on September 25.
