Speaking to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Wednesday, Alireza Parsapour said that police officers took a prisoner to Imam Khomeini Hospital in the morning and three attackers broke into the place and released him after shooting.
The accident had no injury, he added.
'We have no information on the identity of the attackers,' Parsapour noted.
He said that constantly, imprisoned patients are brought to Imam Khomeini Hospital and other medical centers of Tehran University of Medical Sciences for medical treatment.
Sometimes the presence of these people and the security conditions will be annoying for others, Parsapour added.
