Talking to reporters before the 175th OPEC session in Vienna, Zangeneh said the JMMC has acted beyond the jurisdiction.
Asked whether the JMMC should stop its activity, he said the Committee is better to act on its assigned duties.
On prospect of the OPEC-non-OPEC cooperation to cut the output per the so-called Declaration of Cooperation, he said the Declaration is just for cooperation not for anything beyond. The Declaration should not be taken as a new organization of a similar issue, he added.
