Sheikh Saleh and Shoshemi border points in Paveh city were closed in last February unilaterally by Iraq's central government due to parliamentary elections in Iraq.

The governor general said 'We are trying to re-open border points of Shoshemi in Paveh and Tilekoh in Sar-e-Pole Zahab city.'

Bazvand said 1000 trucks carry goods from Parviz Khan border point into Iraq daily as well as 350 trucks from Khosravi and 450 trucks from Somar border points.
