Minister of Road and Urban Development was permitted to take action with regard to holding talks and signing the maritime commercial shipping agreement between Governments of the Philippines and Iran.

Iran-Philippines trade and maritime agreement was signed 25 years ago and then Philippines called for amending some of its articles.

Expert teams from two countries reviewed the amendments 13 years ago.
