Hedayat made the remarks in a meeting with managing director of ‘Kozo Pars’ on Friday.

He called for accelerating implementation of the construction operation of phase 11.

The ‘Kozo Pars’ asphalt company which is in its final stages will supply the required asphalt for phase 11, he added.
