The exhibition which is being held after a 12-year halt, is a step towards enhancing Iran-Turkey relations, and is aimed at introducing Iran's capacities and capabilities in industry, trade and economy.
Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Shariatmadari and Turkish Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci as the representatives of the two countries' Presidents and heads of Iran-Turkey joint economic committee will participate in the opening ceremony.
The petrochemical, constructional, automobile and tourism sectors in Iran, as well as Anzali and Maku Free Zones will introduce their capacities and capabilities to the visitors.
Some 85 Iranian companies and institutions in an area of 2,500 square meters are participating in the four-day exhibition.
