Abdul Basir Salangi said at a meeting with the economic activists in southern Khorasan in Birjand on Sunday night that many of these issues can be resolved with the presence of the Iranian Consulate General in Afghanistan.
He also described his visits to southern Khorasan as positive, saying that visiting the border of Mahiroud and the industrial town showed that there are good capacities in the areas of trade and exports in this province that we hope will be used in the field of commerce.
Farah province governor, referring to the infrastructure at the border of Mahiroud, added, 'Today, 160 trucks are being transported to Afghanistan from the border, which, according to the merchants' proposal, should increase from 300 to 400 trucks.'
