Speaking at a joint review meeting of the areas of South African and Kerman cooperation on Sunday, Sara Dien pointed out that the use of capacity in the province of Kerman is an opportunity for economic activists who have made investment and business activities in two countries and said the free trade law in South Africa has facilitated the conditions for these activities.
'We were seeking to produce Iranian products in South Africa, and the penicillin-shortage crisis could provide a source of cooperation for Iran and the province of Kerman,' she said, adding, 'South Africa is currently involved in the water crisis and is looking for technology in the field of desalination of water, which would be a common area of cooperation between the two countries.'
Dien pointed to the November tour of the country's tourists coming to Tehran, and said, 'Through the Iranian embassy in South Africa, introduce tourism capacities, and we are ready to take initial steps to this end.'
She stated that the South African business delegation will come to Tehran in December, where the delegation is active in the mining, manufacturing and conversion industries, and we can bring this delegation to Kerman province.
