President Rouhani calls for great developments in New Year

Rouhani made the remarks on Wednesday in inauguration ceremony of the pharmaceutical and laboratory production line in Tehran.

He expressed hope for promotion in people’s life, economic development and youth’s employment in social and cultural sectors.

Government attaches importance to private sector for producing knowledge-based products, he added.

'I urged all the domestic and foreign entrepreneurs and investors to be active,' Rouhani said.

The company produces over 100 kinds of high quality products and has the capacity of producing 1,600 tablets and capsules.

The products consist of anti-diabetes, digestion system medicines and antifungal bacteria.

Rouhani is also visiting the R&D section of Tehran Pharmaceutical Company.
