Pakistan wants to enhance trade with Iran: Minister

Ali Muhammad Khan was responding to a question in the Senate.

The minister said that lack of a banking channel between the two countries is causing hindrance in direct transactions between Iran and Pakistan.

He said the government was trying to enhance bilateral trade between the two countries.

The minister informed the house that the exports with Iran from April to December 2018 stood at $ 319 million.
