The delegation comprising of 40 businessmen led by President of Pak-Iran Joint Chamber Of Commerce and Industry Wali Muhammad left for the holy city of Mashad in the east of Iran on Friday.
Prior to attending the Expo 2017, the delegation would be staying in Mashad for two days where they will hold meetings with the officials and businessmen of Khorasan-e-Razavi province.
While attending the Expo 2017, they will also hold important meetings with the officials of Tehran Chamber of Commerce and Industry to promote bilateral trade ties.
On November 4, the delegation will arrive in Zahedan in the southeast f Iran to have meetings with the officials of Zahedan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
During their stay in Iran, the Pakistani businessmen will sign MoUs with Tehran, Mashad and Zahedan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
About 500 foreign exporters and 800 businesspersons are invited to the Iran Expo 2017.
The first exhibition of export capabilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran was held in Tehran in 2013 with participation of 467 domestic and 411 international businessmen from 39 countries.
