At a meeting on aquatic products export development held on Wednesday, Hassan Bazyar said out of the total amount, 391,746 kilograms of farmed shrimp were exported, which indicates 100% year-on-year growth.

Edible and non-edible fish and lobster were among the exported products, he noted.

Bazyar said following sampling and testing the products, international permits were issued to export the products to Southeast Asia, the European Union and Persian Gulf littoral states.
