Iran's exhibitions in Iraq showing 2.5-fold growth

Iran is to hold 5 marketing exhibitions in Iraq, Behzad said.

The exhibition events comprises Iran's exclusive exhibition in Baghdad, Iran’s pavilion in Baghdad international trade exhibition, Iranian pavilion at Basra oil and gas exhibition, Iran expert fair in Najaf and Karbala, Behzad noted.

Iran's cultural attaché said that 300 top Iranian companies showcased their products in industry, agriculture, mineral, trade and technical engineering services fields, he said

Behzad expressed hope for advertising Iranian companies’ products to cause developing in non-oil exports.

Iran has exported 12 million tons of non-oil products worth $ 5.5bn to Iraq during the 11 months of the current Iranian calendar year (will end March 20, 2018).

The average cost of Iran's exports to Iraq has been $ 460 since the beginning of the current Iranian calendar year.

The figure is 1.2-fold more compared with exports to other countries.
