Mustafayev made the remarks in a joint press conference with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani's chief of staff Mahmoud Vaezi on Monday.
The factory is located in Neftçala, he said, adding that fortunately Azeri governmental bodies are among customers of the factory products.
All issues have been solved between Iran and Azerbaijan, he said.
He also referred to President Hassan Rouhani trip to Azerbaijan, saying important agreements were signed between the two sides.
Car factory products sale, exporting electricity to Iran, making 24 hours Bilesavar, Astara and Jolfa customs are among results of Rouhani’s tour, he added.
Meanwhile, Vaezi described as 'useful' his tour to Azerbaijan, saying, 'I held three important meetings with Azeri president, prime minister and economy minister.'
Pointing to his meeting with Azeri president, Vaezi said international issues and US unilateralism in political and trade issues were discussed.
'Thanks to problems in Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Yemen and Afghanistan, we presented Iran idea and both sides are supposed to continue consultations over regional issues,' he added.
'In addition to political, regional and international, we reviewed bilateral ties and economic issues like North-South corridor and Rasht-Astara railway which connects Iran railway to Azerbaijan,' Vaezi said.
Iran and Azerbaijan have good cooperation in agriculture, tourism and cultural fields, he said.
Vaezi also expressed satisfaction over the contract signed by both sides for explorations in the Caspian Sea.
Referring to health cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan, he expressed hope for constructing Iranian pharmaceutical company in Baku within 18 months.
