Iranian businesspersons active in Uzbekistan

Bahar Abdullyev said on Sunday, during a two-day visit to Markazi Province and entering Arak, 'The joint activity of Uzbek industrialists and businessmen with Iran has been formed many years ago, and today significant successes have been achieved by the two countries.'

Ambassador of Uzbekistan in Iran said, 'The visit is planned with the aim of becoming more familiar with the industrial capacity and agriculture of Markazi Province and providing the ground for businessmen in this province.'

He stated, 'There are no problems in issuing visa and dispatch of businessmen and economic activists of Iran to Uzbekistan, and visas are issued within two days.'

Deputy Governor of Markazi Province for Economic Affairs and Development of Resources Saeed Farrokhi said the province is among the top provinces of Iran in three industrial, agricultural and cultural areas.

Saeed Farokhi added, 'The availability of efficient manpower and easy access to the consumer market of the Iranian center has made Markazi Province the focus of domestic and foreign investors.'
