Iran, Pakistan businessmen call for removing trade barriers to boost economic ties

The consensus was reached during a meeting between a delegation of the Iranian Tile Association and Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry along with the government officials in Karachi.

The participants discussed ways to further enhance bilateral trade activities.

On the occasion arrangements for the establishment of Iranian stall at international business expo to be held in Karachi in 2017, visit of Pakistani trade delegation to Iran also came under discussion.

Pakistan and Iran have agreed to increase the volume of bilateral trade to five billion dollars in coming years.
