Iran awaiting permission for 95 ton aid shipment to Bangladesh

Salami told IRNA that the aid shipment depends on extension of permission to flight of cargo plane to Bangladesh.

He said earlier, 40-ton aid consignment was to be flown to Bangladesh, but Iran voluntarily raised the weight of the bulk of donation regarding pressing need of the Muslims in need.

He added that the consignment was initially to be flown to Myanmar, but was cancelled due to opposition of the related officials.
