Spokesman of the visiting delegation Si Yu Jiang said that activities of the International Trade Center greatly resemble to those of IMI. Therefore, they can have cooperation in the said areas.
Managing Director of IMI Abulfazl Kiani-Bakhtiari welcomed the proposal, hoping that promoting exports and international presence would be achieved along with Iranian institutes’ developmental activities.
Touring the IMI, the International Trade Center’s delegation got acquainted with its activities, products and services in the fields of consultation, education, research and international interaction.
International Trade Center is a multilateral institute that has been tasked with World Trade Center and United Nations to help in development of countries’ trade and export.
The five-member delegation is in Iran to evaluate Iran’s export capacities, help work out strategy for promoting exports, building capacities for small and medium corporations in analyzing world market and promoting smart trade as well as building capacities for start-up corporations and helping them enter international markets.
