India kicks off trade operation in Chabahar port

According to the statement, issued by Indian shipping ministry, India officially took responsibility for part of Chabahar port in Sistan-Baluchestan Province.

The statement reads that based on the trilateral agreement, signed on December 24, 2018, Indian government officially assumed responsibility for part of Chabahar port.

Previously representatives from India, Iran and Afghanistan opened their regional offices at Chabarhar free trade zone.
