FATF related bills examined based on law and religion

Ayatollah Mohammad Yazdi, in a meeting with the Chairman and members of the National Security Commission of the Parliament visiting Qom on Tuesday, said the well-known bills that are now under discussion in the Guardian Council are reviewed from the religious and constitutional points of view.

Ayatollah Yazdi said history of the Iranian and Iraqi pilgrims, apart from causing political responsibility, is completely popular, emotional, and religious in nature, adding that no power has been able to deny the links.

Arguing that, if the relations between the two countries discontinue, the people will not allow the religious connection to be disrupted, he noted that in other words, the religious relationship of the people is not disrupted due to the relations of the government.

'Some Islamic countries are linked to the Zionist regime and have become source of fortune earning for the United States, and the goal of their rulers is just to keep their own interests,' said the members of the Guardian Council jurists, saying that Iran enemies do not care for religion and they seek their own interests.

Yazdi added that in Iraq, after centuries of existence, there are conditions that bother enemies and they try to make fundamental changes in the context of the Iraqi government.
