The Chinese delegation in a meeting with West Azarbaijan officials declared that it is ready to invest in West Azarbaijan's health sector, solar plants, and Orumieh Lake.

During the meeting, Governor General of West Azarbaijan Province Reza Hosseini welcomed the Chinese delegation's investment in the region, and noted that the region is the gate of Europe for Iran and the southeastern Asian countries.

East Azarbaijan has large capacities for investment in various fields of international trade, tourism, agriculture and mining, the Iranian official noted.
