Polendakov made the remarks in an address to the joint meeting of Iran Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and trade Mehdi Karbasian with ambassadors of the European countries in Iran.
He said, 'Many investors from China, India and Russia are busy in Iran now, but development needs diversification and European countries can be a good choice in this concern.'
Polendakov went on to say that the European countries' extensive achievements in development of technologies of use for industry and mines can be at Iran's service.
'Not in the industry and mines sectors, but in all sectors, including sustainable development, Iran-European economic cooperation can expand regarding maintenance of environment protection.'
Polendakov said education and training is among other fields where his country is ready for cooperation with Iran.
