Benin welcomes investment in industrial, tourism sectors

In a meeting with economic activists of Delijan late Monday, he added that the country is cradle of culture, arts and civilization and boasts of cultural, historic and architectural capacities.

He said Benin is considered apattern of democratic stability in Africa, calling for forging of economic and trade ties between his country and Markazi province.

Benin can serve as destination of exports from Delijan, he said.

Noting that Benin is producer of raw materials used in most industries, Akibo said that investment in the field of processing industries can be lucrative.

Deputy Governor General of Markazi province Saeed Farrokhi said that the province boats of unique economic capacities, as it is considered one of leading Iranian provinces in terms of exporting industrial goods.

Benin is one of the smallest countries in West Africa.
