Balance surplus of 8-month Iranian foreign trade hits $2b

The official website of IRICA announced on Sunday that non-oil exports of the country exceeded US $ 31 billion in eight months of Iranian year (starting March 21) and reached 31 billion and 491 million dollars.

Meanwhile, the volume of non-petroleum exports hit 75 million and 270,000 tons valued at 31 billion and 491 million dollars.

Thus, Iran's exports rose by the end of November compared to the end of last year by 12.96 percent in terms of dollar value.

Meanwhile, the volume of commodity imports to Iran accounted for 21 million and 498,000 tons at a value of 29 billion and 549 million dollars.

During this period, Iran's imports went down to 12. 58 % in terms of weight and 14.04 % in terms of dollar value.
