The event is underway with the attendance of about 130 domestic and foreign firms in Mashad international exhibition.
Speaking to The Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), Managing Director of Mashad international exhibition Alireza Houshang Nejad said the vent is aimed at introducing potentials and achievements made in car industry by Iranian and foreign manufacturers.
100 domestic and 30 foreign car manufacturers attended the event, he added.
Afghanistan's delegation also attended the event and a Spanish car will be unveiled, he noted.
Houshang Nejad went on to say that the 18th International Auto Parts Exhibition will be underway until August 10.
