
Tunisia's education and academic organizations are interested in cooperation with the Iran-based Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) as well as Iran's Education Ministry and the country's Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, secretary general of the Tunisia National Commission for Education, Culture and Sciences said.
Mohamed Bouhlel made the remarks in a meeting with President of Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) Mohammad Javad Dehqani.
In the meantime, Dehqani, for his part, said that the ISC has been established to make a network for scientific cooperation among the Islamic countries.
The Meeting of Secretary Generals of ISESCO National Commissions started work at the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) in Shiraz last Sunday.
The event was held with the attendance of 37 representatives from the Islamic countries.
ISESCO was founded by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in May 1979. With 52 member-states, ISESCO is one of the largest international Islamic organizations and specializes in the fields of education, science and culture.
