According to the country's Seismological Center, the quake occurred at 11:30 hours local time (08:00 GMT.)

It was at a depth of 10 km.

Head of the province crisis management office Ali-Reza Safa Isini told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) that the quake has caused no damage.
