Based on the agreement reached between NOET and TELC center it was agreed that the test to be conducted in Iran.

TELC certificate will be issued in Germany under supervision of German embassy in Iran.

TELC is required for those seeking overseas studies or employment opportunities in Europe, in Germany in particular.

German department of IRSAFAM institute is the official representative of Carl Duisberg Centren which is a German-based institute offering international programs in language studies, management training, vocational training, study travel as well as German school goers in Iran.
