Suicide blast leaves 7 dead, injures 22 in Kabul

The casualties of the deadly accident may increase, Afghanistan Health Ministry spokesmen Vahid Majrouh said.

According to witnesses, the accident happened in the first security layer near the funeral anniversary of Abdul Ali Mazari, the political leader of the Hizb-i-Wahdat party during and following the Soviet-Afghan War.

Based on medical centers reports, the death of our people and wounding of 13 more have been verified.

Taliban terrorists are said to have warned that they would prevent the holding of the ceremony.

This is the second suicide attack after Afghan government proposed a peace talks plan with Taliban.

During an earlier suicide attack on March 2, a child was killed and 24 others were injured
