Ebrahim Karimi said on Sunday that the twelfth international festival of Iranian tribes’ culture will be hosted by Gorgan on November 20-24.
Recalling the holding of the first international cultural festival in Gonbad-Kavoos last year, he said the festival was very good and the strength point of the cultural event.
'According to this matter, the festival will be held in Gonbad-Kavoos in the coming years,' Karimi added.
Karimi stated that holding of the international festival of Iranian tribes' culture is a great opportunity to introduce various capacities of the Gonbad-Kavoos to the people of other parts of the country and the world.
The city of Gonbad-Kavoos, with its 350,000 inhabitants, is located in the eastern part of Golestan province and has a rich cultural and artistic heritage with its numerous cultural and historical monuments, as well as the inhabitants of various tribes of Iran.
