In his message to his Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, Rouhani hoped for developing relations between two countries in political, economic and cultural fields.

Rouhani also wished health and success for Bulgarian president and dignity and prosperity of people of Bulgaria.

The Liberation Day of Bulgaria is liberation from the Ottoman Dominion celebrated on March 3.
