In the two-day festival, organized by the Literary Association of Tabriz and sponsored by the Directorate General of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Foundation for the Arts, Culture and Arts of Azarbaijan Province and Shahriyan Research Foundation, Persian literatures’ professors are providing an abstract of their articles on Parvin Etesami and the position of her poetry and literature.
Samad Rahmani, a professor at Tabriz University, said that Parvin undoubtedly is one of the symbols of wisdom and decency of Iranian women, noting, 'Parvin is undoubtedly the great lady of our poetry.'
The professor at the University of Zahedan Maryam Jahntiq, in a paper titled 'Making a Narrative in Parvin Poetry,' reviewed the characteristics of the deep structure and surface structure of Parvin Etesami's poetry.
