As per Iran Organization of Cinema report, the deputy of Technology Development and Cinema Studies Department noted that the box office has hit over 103 billion Rials, showing 40 percent increase compared to the same period the previous year.

Masoud Arbabi added that the number of moviegoers has reached 11,951,392 persons, increasing 6.34 percent in comparison with the same period last year.

He added that last year's box office was over 739 billion Rials and the number of audience was 8,879,096.
