The event will get underway on Friday by walking across Kish coasts, Masoud Rahbari said.

Inaugurating book fair, decorating the city and squares and movement of taxis with Kish flags are among programs of the event.

Short theater festival will also be held in Kish Island, he added.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Rahbari referred to taking advantage of local artists in national ceremonies.

He also pointed to holding free concerts with the attendance of famous Iranian artists.
