Hossein Nezam Abadi Pour added on Monday that 'Leiden' is one of the prestigious academic assessment systems that each year assesses and ranks the top universities in the world based on scientometric indices.

He said that within the framework of the latest ranking of the Leiden evaluation system, 23 universities from Iran, 19 universities from Turkey, five universities from Malaysia and four universities in Saudi Arabia are ranked among the 938 top universities in the world.
