Speaking to a group of foreign chief editors, reporters and photojournalists, Khoddadi said the media should be active in the field.
The mediapersons were from Poland, Mexico, New Zealand, Turkey, Qatar, Albania, Malaysia and Iraq.
He said dissemination of news through digitally-mediated technology will be possible in the light of the necessary related training and application of due techniques which were not customary in traditional media.
The digitally-mediated media techniques are even evident in the text representations, he added.
The multimedia reports are among distinguished features of modern age media, said the IRNA Chief.
Movement from consumer to product will be necessary for success in the contemporary age, according to Khoddadi.
