The congress is being held today on Tuesday in the presence of the head of the AFC Sheikh Salman and the head of the World Football Federation, Gianni Infantino, hosted by the city of Paris. Mehdi Taj, vice chairman of the AFC and chairman of the Iranian Football Federation, is also present at the congress.
Based on the decisions of this institution, Ahmad Reza Barati (head of the Legal Committee of the Football Federation) joined the AFC Entrance Control Body and occupied the post of the second vice-chairman of the body.
It is the committee's mandate to evaluate the qualification of individuals for AFC tournaments.
Jahangir Biglari was also appointed chairman of the AFC Appeal Committee.
