According to the information center of the festival the President of the festival Alireza Rezadad, Isfahan’s Mayor Qodratollah Norouzi, Habib Ilbeigi Deputy of Farabi Cinema Foundation, puppeteer and director Marzieh Boroumand, and several officials at Isfahan Municipality were also present in the unveiling ceremony.
Addressing the ceremony, Rezadad said the works of selecting board of festival has been accomplished and most of the foreign works have been received.
He added the selected films will be announced by August 11, 2018.
Rezadad said the cinema halls are also being prepared for hosting this prestigious international cinematic event in the historic city of Isfahan.
Speaking in the same gathering, Norouzi expressed his satisfaction with hosting of the festival by Isfahan Province.
The Isfahan mayor also expressed hope that the festival could play a key role in addressing the cultural needs of children and their families.
The 31st edition of International Film Festival for Children and Youth Adults is slated for August 30- September 5 in Isfahan Province.
