Mansour Ahmadi added on Sunday that the artist won a diploma of honor at the international festivals of Greece, Slovakia, Romania and Colombia.
'The Bukani artist was honored with the diploma in the 2018 Greek festival titled 'The How to Behave in the Roads and its Dangers,' he said.
Ahmadi said that Mahmoudi also won the honorary diploma at the International Biennial of Cartoon of Slovakia.
'The cartoonist at the 2018 Columbia Cartoon Festival, which includes 180 artists from 38 countries around the world,' Ahmadi said, stating that the work of this artist at the Romanian International Festival was selected by the panel of judges.
He was awarded a Diploma of Honor.
