Iran urges more humanitarian supplies for Myanmar refugees

Noting that three aid cargos have been sent so far, Ali Asqar Peyvandi said that further aid supplies for Myanmar refugees are required.

Some one million refugees are currently living in border camps in Bangladesh, the number of whom is increasing day by day, the official said.

Iran's Red Crescent Society, as the flag-bearer of peace and friendship in the world, feels duty-bound to pursue meeting the needs of these refugees.
