The center is to be built in northern Tehran.

In the ceremony, the head of Iran University of Medical Sciences Masoud Naseripour said that the project has two parts: therapeutic and research.

The therapeutic part will have the most advanced remedies of cancer, latest achievements in nuclear medicine, cell therapy, gene therapy, and radiotherapy.
