The analyst said in an interview with the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), on Saturday.

Referring to the trip of Tajik foreign minister to Tehran and his meeting with Iranian officials, he said the visit of Tajik foreign minister to Tehran could be evaluated as a very positive step towards improving relations between the two countries.

He also said that the trip was in response to last year's visit by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif which proved there exists proper grounds for expansion of relations and cooperation between the two sides.

There might be differences of opinion between the central government and political wings, but we should not enter into such controversial topics, the analyst said.
